PrioSoft releases Inventory Control and Job Schedule Templates for Contractor's Office

Contractor's Office now has the capability to link a full Inventory with Materials, Equipment and Sub-Contractors for any job.  This gives the user the ability to track usage and stock status of the items in inventory automatically.  The items can be linked to the Cost Book for estimating or the individual estimate and the information flows through, updating the inventory when an Invoice is posted.  

In Job Scheduling you can now create templates of jobs for future use by saving the schedule for a job as a template with a template name.  You can also create a template from scratch or maintain a template.  When scheduling a job, you can just apply the template to that job.

PrioSoft announces interface between its Priority One Plus – Contractor’s Office and Digital Property’s CAD ESTIMATOR

Digital Property has a visual solution for construction estimating and takeoff. CAD ESTIMATOR reads industry standard AutoCAD files and even imports paper blueprints with a digital camera. Builders use CAD ESTIMATOR to trace blueprint images that appear on their computer screen, they can quickly takeoff quantities, figure a budget and generate detailed reports for each project. As an added benefit they can also produce visual material lists for each trade that actually show placement of material. This item list is read by PrioSoft's Priority One Plus Contractor’s Office which makes the individual line items available for the user to easily create Requests for Proposal, Purchase Orders, Labor Tickets, Quotations, Invoices for Draws and Budgets.

PrioSoft Releases Cost Books for large job estimating in  Contractor's Office 

Priority One Plus - Contractor's Office for Construction Management is releasing new Cost Books for it's estimating module. This will allow the estimating of larger jobs at a detail level with most of the possible items already in the database. Remodeling, Restoration, GC’s, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Landscape and Tennant Repair cost books are now included with the system. The user can change the prices and costs. Assemblies can be built and saved in this database for future use. All that this release offers is more power to make the estimating portion of the job easier.

PrioSoft has just released PRIORITY ONE PLUS - Version 6.0, totally redesigned to make the user feel more comfortable and more capable. Gone are the pictures that people have to get used to. All commands are in English so anyone can understand them. This version makes full use of the screen so the user can read everything more easily. The difference between the previous version and version 6.0 can be equated to the difference between Windows™ 3.1 and Windows XP™. Procedures are easy to follow with help along the way. Reporting gives the user 3 easy levels of search capabilities for reporting, from on all the records to using a Quick Find, to find anything based on whatever criteria are chosen. PrioSoft Releases Auto Dealer Telephone "Ups" Call Center

PrioSoft has just released Priority One Plus - Call Center, the most productive software for conversion of Auto Dealer Telephone "Ups" into real sales. This system enables the dealership to set an appointment with the customer immediately and then track follow-through effectively.  The database is configured for the information received in the customer’s phone call, and designed for easy data entry and maintenance. Thank You letters, letters that follow up on appointments, and activity schedules for the sales people are all included to be automatically produced by the system.  Featured in this package is the unique turn-around reporting design that works the system for the dealership. Managers are able to track each call from start to finish, and also to track salespeople through their prospect handling. Managers have the means with which to discover the strengths and weaknesses of their sales people. Nothing falls through the cracks. Two other unique features are its method of “buy or die” reporting, and Sales Statistics for acquiring the ratios needed to measure the production of salespeople and management. PrioSoft releases Contact Management, Sales Automation, CRM Package for Priority One Plus. All the features associated with these names for a type of software are included in the system being released. The Contact Management system has always been part of the more encompassing Business Management, Construction Management and Auto Sales systems sold by PrioSoft and now we are releasing it as an easy to implement package that can be upgraded to them. This release consists of  Appointment Scheduling, Database Mailing System with printing, emailing and faxing of the letters, Automated Processes and Reporting as explained in the Contact Management description.

There is also a Business Administration upgrade available for those wanting to take a next interim step. It includes a Complete Accounting systems needed for Business Administration - Quotations, Invoices, Requests for Proposal, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Job Costing and detailed Reporting as portrayed in the Administration description.

PrioSoft's releases Sales Automation and Labor Reporting upgrades to Priority One Plus. Any output the system produces can be produced automatically at any predetermined frequency using any predetermined criteria. This facility helps change the business orientation from task to process and bring more money in the door. In this release PrioSoft is supplying groups of tasks, letters and criteria matched to the database. They are designed to produce letters, reports and schedule calls and reminders affording an easy profitable opener to making more sales. They can be adjusted and augmented to afford even more control of the process and its results. The new sales and labor reports in this upgrade will give the ability to track prospects and customers and their close rations and labor hours and dollars, again affording more control of the business.

PrioSoft announces it's newest partnership in the Auto Dealer industry with eye-net manager. eye-net manager works with car dealers to help their internet marketing be more effective and to make the entire sales effort of the dealership, from call in and walk in UPS to post sales tracking and communication work smoother and bring in more business. eye-net manager is private labeling Priority One Plus to assist them in building sales for their clients. Their first installation of the software was in the largest Chevrolet dealer on the east coast to handle the call in UPS and is working very effectively to close more deals.

JobView Accounting is a mainstay in the construction market for companies from small to 100 million dollars in size. PrioSoft's package, Priority One Plus, includes an accounting module but it is designed for the small to 2 million dollar company. #1Dealership is a company whose purpose is to train car sales people to be better at what they do and to make more money. Their approach is to supply courses on the Internet and in house and to supply tools that will also help the sales people stay on track. #1Dealership has released its private label of Priority One Plus to assist in that effort.



Partnerships Plan announced

PrioSoft has established a partnership program in the residential construction market using it’s business management software platform that assists specialty software, such as Estimating, providers in helping their clients. The software that PrioSoft provides includes a complete pre-sale and post sale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module coupled with a Work Order Process, Job Scheduling, Invoicing and Accounting. The basic CRM module can be separated from the rest, which affords the specialty software provider the capability of introducing one major module at a time or all. All of these modules are seamlessly connected and can interface with the specialty software just as seamlessly. The PrioSoft business platform addresses the needs of all levels of residential contractor, from handyman through larger, many facetted operations.

PrioSofts established partnership program now has relationships with HomeTech - ADVANTAGE and CSCSoftware - EasyEst packages. The other existing partnerships are with House Doctors Handyman Service, a national handyman franchise with franchisees throughout the country using the PrioSoft business platform, and Marshall & Swift, another provider of Estimating software. HomeTech and House Doctors Handyman Service each private label the software. At present our partnership allows Marshall & Swift to sell Priority One Plus software from their site and will potentially include an interface with one of Marshall & Swift's estimating packages in the future.

EasyEst interface released for Priority One Plus - CSCSoftware

PrioSoft announces the release of the EasyEst interface to our Priority One Plus product for CSC Software. CSC Software EasyEst estimating software has a very large constituency in the residential remodeling industry. CSC Software markets their software in modules so the customer can start with a very inexpensive product and build on capabilities as they grow. By adding the EasyEst interface they will use the same technique of marketing the low end Contact Manager through the full Construction Management system in the form of upgrades. This method gives their customers an easy growth path and allows for constant contact between CSC Software and their clients.
