The Check Writing screen serves as a storage for all checks that are to be written. They might have been Added in this screen or saved to here in Accounts Payable when paying a regular bill or posting a payment on a Purchase Order. In Accounts Payable you can actually print the checks or save them.
None of the checks here are recorded in the books until the actual checks are printed. At that time they are booked and marked here so you cannot see them.
Here, you will see all the payments that have been received. By checking the ones to be included and clicking on the Print button Priority One Plus will print the deposit slip containing them and mark them so they will not appear here again.
Priority One Plus includes a Ledger in which you can maintain transactions.
Reconciling your accounts is similar to all other accounting software.
