Assign takeoff quantities to cost items as you build your bill of quantities. Hyperlink to specific ares of your project for easy reference.

You can use the Contractor’s Office residential or RS Means commercial database to match the quantities with the items to get an item/quantity takeoff.  The best part is that, when you are finished, you not only get the takeoff but, you can get a completed estimate in Contractor’s Office with just a couple of clicks of the mouse.
