• Save the estimate as the Budget when it is sold

• Use the reports right there to see the estimate to actual along the way through the job

• Create a Payment schedule.

• Schedule task that carry all the information intricately through to the Job Schedule. 

• Save the job as an assembly to be used in future estimates for similar jobs

Estimating Database for each style

They contain the labor, materials, sub-contract, equipment and miscellaneous breakdown and gives you a base for unit costing and pricing.  That breakdown follows each transaction through the entire process, into generated Work Orders, Requests for Quotation and Purchase Orders and into accounting, posting the labor, materials and miscellaneous revenue items for Job Costing. Divisions or Job Costing categories to each cost segment of each line item that are carried into integrated Accounting and Job Costing.

Inventory Control is part of Priority One Plus - Contractor's Office

Materials, sub-contract and equipment can also be linked with inventory items in the working cost database or while building the estimate. This allows for completely tracking of usage and history for all the items as they flow through each process.
