Before the job is sold you will want to create a plan
for
how you will be paid so it will be part of the contract between you and your customer. Click on the Create Pay Plan button.
Click on the Create Pay Plan button and you will see this screen. On this screen, you can create or modify templates for payment plans and you can create, from them the payment schedule for the current job.
Just double click on the template of choice for this job and the total amount of the job will be split by the percentages in the template. You will see the payment schedule on the right. If you click on the Create Invoices button you can have Priority One Plus create an invoice for each of these line items or one containing all the line items.
If you click on the Print Contract button you will be presented with the list of standard letters. You will notice that one of these is a contract.
You can save any part of an estimate or the entire job as a template. If you only want to save part, check the items you want to save and click the Save as template option. If no item is checked Priority One Plus will assume you want to save the entire job as a template.
