Document Management is part of the package.

Click on the Docs button.  All the documents you create will be retained for history.  If you need to go back to a particular job a few years from now, all the pertinent auxiliary information such as contracts, pictures, drawings, etc. will be easily accessible.

Change Request gives you capability to keep a database of Change Requests and RFI's  for each job.  You can also attach to a job each of the documents, pictures, drawings and any other file pertaining to the job.

Looking at the Change Request form, you will see that this is the formal document that ties the customer to the change they ordered.  When you Add one you will be guided through the document. Just fill in the blanks, print it and get their signature.

Click on the Modify button if you want to modify the Word™ document format.

You can place your logo in the larger area circled. The circled field, as all the others like it, are merge fields. The data that you enter into the screen will automatically be transferred to the format when the output document is printed.

The RFI screen and format operate the same way. 

The Externals screen gives you access to the entire disk drive so you can find and connect each of the files to the job. 

Notice that each line item is attached to a job.  Using the Connect Item and Disconnect Checked buttons you control what files are here.

The data about the connected file can be maintained by right clicking on it. Double clicking on an item open the file in the originating program. That means a Word file will be opened in Word.  if Printing of the file is done through the originating program.
