Job Scheduling is a powerful module of Priority One Plus.

As you see here, you can turn it on or off.

If you check each action performed on the schedule for a job pertaining to a contact is recorded in the comments of that contact.

If you check a warning will be displayed each  time an action you are about to perform will impact other tasks on the schedule.

If you check each time an action such as these is performed you will be asked who is doing it and why.  This will be accumulated in a log file for reporting. The following screen will appear each time an action is about to take place.

The banner will indicate the action that was to be performed.  If, through security, the person making the change was tagged on the log in they will not have the list of people to select from and their id will be attached to the log.  In this case the person making the change will indicate so and comment on why the change is being made. If the comments are not entered and the person is not indicated the system will not accept the change.

At any time, you can click on the Activity Log option and you can get that report
