You can easily create documents and merge any information from the contact screen into them. You control every aspect of your communications with your leads and customers with Priority One Plus!
All the capabilities of the internal letters are augmented by the interface with Word so, you can have letters in either that you merge with contact information through
Priority One Plus!

| The letter writing capabilities for 'Marketing Campaigns' gives you the power to create documents that successfully promote your company.
Tell Priority One Plus to include the Date line, the Name and Address lines and the Dear line by calling the document a Letter. If you call it a form none of that will happen.
Merge data from the contact record into the document just by telling the system what information to merge and where.
Save an Email Subject line so that you don't have to fill it in each time you email this document. |

| You can also save the standard letter as a Word merge document. With this, as well as the internal documents, merge fields apply. When you Click on the Add Document button and type the name of the document you will press the enter key of tab. You will be given the choice of Internal or External. We have discussed the Internal above. Let's talk about the External |

The following is an example of how Word 2003 works. |

| You are placed in the new Merge Document in Word and you will notice that some data is in the document. These are merge fields which will take information from the contact record when this letter is written. The button in the tool bar that the arrow is pointing to on top is used to access the merge fields. | Letter writing is still one the best ways to stay in contact with your customers. Priority One Plus letter writing capabilities give you all the flexibility you need. You can also print envelopes and labels from the same screen. You can even email the letter if the contact record contains a valid email address. When the letter is created, it is automatically recorded in your customer's contact information. You always know what you have done and what you need to do! |

| Letter writing can be writing a letter to a single contact or to all the people that match a certain criteria in a mail-merge. It can be done when you physically tell Priority One Plus to do it or it can be scheduled so it is done automatically fitting a particular strategy you have implemented in Automated Processes. |
