You can download electronic plans right from the plan room or import plans using industry standard formats such as pdf, jpg, gif, tif, bmp.

Once you have finished the takeoff process, using the Contractor's Office cost database, your takeoff goes directly to Contractors Office, where you it will be priced, and you have a completed estimate.

PrioSoft has just partnered with PlanSwift, to couple their digitized Takeoff system with Contractor's Office.
With PlanSwift you eliminate manual plan takeoffs and drastically reduce the chance of miscalculating materials or missing items. You can download electronic plans right from the plan room or import plans using industry standard formats.

PlanSwift is backed by a staff of seasoned estimators who can quickly show you how this advanced application works with your planning process. PlanSwift imports all popular digital plan formats from scanned images to Auto CAD files, and outputs your estimates directly to Contractors Office.

PrioSoft has acquired a new service team to produce estimates for our clients. We can, now take your plans, images, takeoffs and scope of work to produce a completed estimate and give you that result with all the data.

PrioSoft uses all the software which we sell, Contractor's Office, Takeoff Live and Envisioneer 3D CAD to create the estimates and, therefore can give you, not only the estimate but, all the data that can be transferred for use in each of those products. We are, therefore, able to assist new users of each of those products while they are learning to use it.

PrioSoft concluded an agreement with CodeWeaver that will allow Contractor's Office software to run under the MAC OS on any Intel MAC system. PrioSoft will also sell CodeWeaver's interface module, Crossover, to make the operation as easy as possible for our customers.

PrioSoft now has the capability to interface with Takeoff Live which allows the contractor to do a takeoff from a digital image (JPG, gif, pdf, bmp, etc.) file. While the user is doing the takeoff, PrioSoft's cost database is available to complete the task. Once all is done a few clicks will give the user a complete estimate.

PrioSoft is also releasing our unique user option so you can always have up-to-date prices.
