Reporting gives you the information on all the data in the system.

| What you are looking at, initially, is the list of Contacts reports. Notice the buttons on the bottom of the menu on the left. By clicking on them you can access the Accounting, Order Processing, Inventory and Activity log forms. You can also design comprehensive reports that help you track your marketing results and run your business. The following is a list of the Order Processing reports. |

In Reporting you;
- Select the report you want by selecting the area, like Order Processing.
- Select the method the system will use for selecting the correct records.
- All Records
- Quick Find
- Selection with Criteria and Logic
- Saved Criteria
3. Click on the Continue button.

Design My Report Formats

| Either Add a new format or select an existing one. You simply double click on a field name and make any adjustments to the way it will be setup. |

| These reports are columnar so the Order column on the screen shows the order in which the fields appear across the printed page. |

| Once you have created your forms, the process works the same way as above with an additional step of clicking on My reports before selecting the criteria. |
